Tammy drives ESSDACK’s day-to-day operations, overseeing core functions in operations, administration, and human resources.

• Directs day-to-day operations in close alignment with fiscal strategy and regulatory compliance

• Serves as Human Resources Director, leading recruitment, mentorship, and the cultivation of a high-performing company culture

• Manages all organizational agreements and external partnerships

• Partners with the CFO and leadership team to align IT, HR, and administrative logistics with the organization's overarching vision.
