Measure your Leadership Impact

Discover how your mindset and energy shape the way you lead—every day and under stress.

What Is the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI)?

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures how you show up energetically in daily life and under stress across seven levels of energy. Unlike fixed-type personality tests, the ELI captures your current perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes—things you can intentionally shift. You’ll see what drains you, what fuels you, and how to choose more effective responses in the moments that matter.

You’ll learn:

  • Your energy patterns across the 7 levels (catabolic → anabolic)

  • How your responses shift under stress

  • Your Average Resonating Level (ARL) — a clear indicator of your overall energetic state

  • Practical strategies to shift energy and lead with intention

How the ELI Process Works

  1. Assessment (about 20 minutes): A secure online questionnaire.

  2. Personal Debrief (60–90 minutes): One-on-one session with a certified ELI-MP coach to interpret your results, connect them to real situations, and identify shifts that matter now.

  3. Action Plan: Concrete next steps to increase awareness, improve relationships, and lead with greater impact.

Best for: Individuals ready to build self-awareness and language for energy so they can lead themselves and others with clarity.

Introducing ELI 360: See Yourself Through Others’ Eyes

You bring intent to your leadership—but others experience your impact. The ELI 360 adds a confidential, multi-perspective layer to the ELI by inviting colleagues, supervisors, direct reports, peers, and even family and friends, to share how they experience your energy and leadership.

  1. Reveal blind spots and validate strengths by comparing self-perception with others’ perceptions.

  2. Gain a full-spectrum view of your leadership.

  3. Turn feedback into a targeted coaching plan to align intent with impact.

Why ELI 30?

  1. Self-Assessment: Complete the standard ELI (about 20 minutes).

  2. Invite Raters: Typically 8–25 colleagues/peers provide confidential feedback.

  3. Comprehensive Debrief (about 90 minutes): Your coach integrates self + rater insights to illuminate patterns, strengths, and growth edges.

  4. Focused Action Plan: Specific shifts and experiments to improve communication, relationships, and results.

Best for: Leaders and teams seeking deeper alignment, culture change, or clearer impact through feedback-driven development.
