Dr. Shiloh Vincent is an educational leader dedicated to strengthening schools, supporting educators, and expanding opportunities for students across Kansas. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong systems, fostering collaboration, and empowering leaders to create lasting, meaningful change. As Executive Director of ESSDACK, he partners with school districts and communities to build leadership capacity, deliver innovative services, and support regional growth.

Previously, Dr. Vincent served as Superintendent of McPherson Public Schools (USD 418), where he managed a $55.6 million budget and led PK–12 operations for 2,000 students. His collaborative approach resulted in districtwide curriculum alignment, the rollout of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and the successful passage of an $89.5 million bond issue to modernize learning environments and facilities. Dr. Vincent believes lasting progress occurs when people are supported, trusted, and equipped with systems that make great work possible.

A respected voice in state education, Dr. Vincent has served as Chair of the Kansas Council of Superintendents, co-led the statewide "Did You Know" public information campaign, and contributed to numerous accreditation and advisory groups. These experiences reinforce his belief that educational service centers play a vital role in connecting districts, sharing best practices, and helping leaders navigate a complex educational landscape.
