KESA System & OVT Support Portal

The Kansas Education Systems Accreditation process is designed to support systemic change within and among school buildings across the district.

At times, the paperwork that comes with this process can be cumbersome and confusing. But after years of working with KSDE and school districts, one thing we’ve discovered is that there is great power in working together.

The KESA System and OVT Support portal can provide the support you need - as system administrators and as Outside Visitation Team members - to share ideas and resources.

Working together makes us all smarter

The KESA System and OVT Support Portal is designed to promote the sharing of ideas and resources between you and others involved in the KESA process. Just like other learning communities, the Portal allows you to view resources and materials from other systems while encouraging you to upload and share the work you’ve completed.

How does it work?

It’s simple. We all get smarter when we all get smarter. So . . . upload your stuff. And then view the stuff that other people have uploaded.

Use the red buttons below to upload your rough draft reports or summaries into a shared Google Folder specific to that year. Each folder is coded to allow others to view the documents but not to download, print, or copy. The idea is to see how others have edited their documents in order to better complete your own.
