The Foundation for Leadership and Learning is dedicated to providing guidance and support to professionals in the development and provision of effective approaches to education in which all learners can establish personal success and maintain a lifelong love of learning. We strive to accomplish this through the development of skilled, knowledgeable and visionary leaders, the development and demonstration of effective learning environments for learners of all ages, and direct support to instructors and learners.

"The Foundation for Leadership and Learning is an educational organization as defined in Section 501 (c) (3) and is organized specifically for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, the funding of programs, gifts, loans, or other assistance, financial or otherwise, for the benefit of its students and educators of ESSDACK, ESSDACK member districts, and foundation affiliates. Additionally, when appropriate, non-ESSDACK member district students and educators may be eligible to benefit from the organization."
