Cancellation Policy for Academy Registrations

Low Academy session enrollment policy:

  • Individual Academy sessions that do not meet minimum registration requirements will be cancelled by Academy planners no later than May 1, 2026. Refunds will be provided if this occurs.

We also understand that individual plans can change, and aim to accommodate our attendees as much as possible. Please review the Academy cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Conference:

    If you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

  • Cancellations Between 29 and 10 Days Before the Conference:

    For cancellations received between 29 and 10 days prior to the first day of the conference, a 50% cancellation fee of the registration cost will be charged.

  • Cancellations Less Than 10 Days Before the Conference:

    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the first day of the conference.

  • Submission of Cancellation Requests:

    All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: katrinagardner@essdack.org
