Cancellation Policy for Conference Registrations

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our attendees as much as possible. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Conference:

  If you cancel your registration on or before 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations Between 29 and 10 Days Before the Conference:

  For cancellations received between 29 to 10 days prior to the first day of the conference, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration cost will be charged.

• Cancellations Less Than 10 Days Before the Conference:

  Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the first day of the conference.

• Submission of Cancellation Requests:

  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: katrinagardner@essdack.org
