That Kansas school districts have a expiration date of October 1 to update their Kansas Sales and Use Tax Entity Exemption Certificate Number?
Why is this so important?
ESSDACK needs a copy of your new Certificate prior to the October 1 expiration date.
Updating your Certificate is easy to do. Send an email to:
kdor_exemptcert@ks.gov and request an updated certificate. Once you get your updated certificate, send ESSDACK a copy. Let Kathi know if you have any questions!
