The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an online assessment tool created by Bruce D. Schneider, PhD, MCC, after 25 years of research in the area of human potential and consciousness.

Leadership ability – your ability to inspire yourself and others to accomplish more.
Current level of engagement and satisfaction – are you emotionally and mentally committed, or are you going through the motions?

What is Involved?
The ELI Assessment is completed online and takes about 20 minutes.
An ELI Master Practitioner will administer and debrief the results, making them relevant to your current circumstances, during a 60-minute virtual call.
Follow-up coaching can be scheduled to create a plan for areas uncovered during debrief.
