ESSDACK offers districts a diverse selection of benefit services ranging from health insurance and retirement savings programs to 125 Benefit plans. Although you must be an ESSDACK member to participate in the Group Health Insurance Consortium, the retirement savings programs and 125 benefits program are available to members and non-members alike.

Each solution has been designed with the following goals:
